The Diocese of Saint Cloud has numerous offices to provide the ministries that serve the people of our diocese. Each office is managed by a director, who is a member of the core staff (the Curia) of Bishop John F. Kinney. The Moderator of the Curia and Chancellor for our diocese is Rev. Robert Rolfes.
